Technical Description
KD International provides Mobile Pump Skids, designed for versatile and efficient fluid transfer across various industrial, offshore, and oilfield applications. Each Mobile Pump Skid is skid-mounted, fully assembled, and ready for deployment, ensuring reliable and high-performance pumping operations.
The KD Series Mobile Pump Skid is available in multiple configurations, including 1”, 2”, or 3” air-driven pump skids, ATEX-certified electrical pump skids for both low and high pressure, and diesel-driven rotary lobe pump skids. All configurations are mounted on a carbon steel offshore-proof DNV 2.7.1 frame, ensuring durability and compliance with industry standards.
The diesel motor pump skid features a self-priming positive displacement pump, capable of handling fluids with solids, muds, pastes, and thick liquids. With a flow capacity of up to 2,400 l/min (144 m³/h) and pressure ranging from 5 to 200 bars, it is designed for reliable, continuous operation while meeting CO₂ emission regulations.
