KD International provides Electrical Pump Skids, designed for efficient and reliable liquid transfer in industrial and hazardous environments. Each Electrical Pump Skid is fully assembled, skid-mounted, and engineered for easy installation and integration, ensuring smooth operation with minimal maintenance.
The PITON self-aspirating eccentric rotor helical pumps, featured in the Electrical Pump Skid, offer high suction power, reversible flow, and a constant, pulsation-free discharge proportional to speed. These volumetric pumps are ideal for pumping various liquids, masses, and viscous substances with flow rates ranging from 5 to 20 m³/hour. The system operates at 400 VAC 50 Hz or 440 VAC 60 Hz, ensuring compatibility with different power systems.
Designed for ATEX Zone 2 environments, the Electrical Pump Skid is mounted within a compact protection and lifting frame, providing mobility, durability, and safety. Additional pump capacities and configurations are available upon request, making this system highly adaptable to specific operational needs.
