Technical Description
KD International provides the Ultrasonic Flow Meter Skid, designed for high-precision, non-intrusive flow measurement in water and wastewater applications. Each Ultrasonic Flow Meter Skid is fully assembled, skid-mounted, and engineered for long-term reliability, making it ideal for industrial, offshore, and hazardous environments.
The clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter is installed on a 2″ pipe with WECO 206 connections (IN and OUT), ensuring easy integration into existing systems. This advanced flow measurement system provides continuous and accurate monitoring, with a 4-20 mA HART active output and a 20-meter cable included for quick and easy connection.
The non-intrusive clamp-on sensor allows flow measurement without disrupting the process, making it ideal for process water and wastewater applications. The measurement principle is not affected by pressure, density, temperature, conductivity, or viscosity, ensuring stable performance in all conditions.
The Ultrasonic Flow Meter Skid is built for harsh environments, featuring IP68 protection (Type 6P), vibration and shock resistance (IEC 68-2-6), and an aluminum transmitter housing. The system includes a two-line display with push-button operation for easy configuration and monitoring.
