Air Pump Skid
Technical Description
KD International provides Air Pump Skids, designed for efficient and reliable fluid transfer in industrial and hazardous environments. Each Air Pump Skid is ruggedly constructed, ensuring long service life, minimal downtime, and reduced maintenance costs.
Equipped with two 2” air-operated double diaphragm pumps, these skids offer seamless switching between pumps, allowing continuous operation with one pump in use and the other on standby. The polypropylene construction with PTFE membranes ensures superior chemical resistance, making it suitable for handling aggressive wastewaters and various industrial fluids. The seal-less, self-priming design allows for dry-run capability, eliminating leaks and failures caused by pump dry conditions.
The integrated connection header allows operators to switch between pumps without changing hoses, improving operational efficiency. These ATEX-certified skids are designed for safe operation in explosive atmospheres, meeting strict safety and performance standards.
